  • Reception
    The Reception/Switchboard is manned from 8.30 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. 24-hour access is available seven days a week.
  • Administration
    The Administration Office is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
  • Postage
    Incoming mail will be sorted and placed in your post box, which is located behind the Reception area. The Administration Department can frank outgoing mail.
  • Telephones
    Every office comes equipped with its own direct lines, each providing voicemail facility. Our Receptionist can answer calls in your own company or personal name.
  • Fax
    Reception will notify you of incoming faxes, which will be delivered to your office whenever possible. Outgoing faxes are charged at competitive rates.
  • Secretarial Services
    Copy typing is available. The hourly charge is £20.00, and the minimum charge is £5.00 for 15 minutes. Black, white and colour printing is available.
  • Messenger/Couriers
    Reception can arrange local and international couriers on your behalf.
  • Photocopying
    A PIN number will be issued to you. Units are logged through the month, and are billed accordingly on your service charge invoice.
  • Document Binding
    Documents can be ring-bound on site by the administration staff.
  • Catering
    Catering can be organised for conference lunches in the Boardroom/Conference Rooms, ranging from coffe/tea to buffet lunches etc.
